She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is currently completing her doctoral-level training in Clinical Psychology at the University of Saskatchewan. Amanda completed her pre-doctoral residency in 2025 through the University of Manitoba's Clinical Health Psychology Residency program.

Amanda’s approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in understanding each person’s unique experiences. She works individually with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as with families, including perinatal support for those navigating life transitions or seeking balance as their family grows. She blends evidence-based strategies, including cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and emotion focused therapy (EFT), to help clients build skills, process emotions, and strengthen connections. She believes in a collaborative approach that empowers clients with practical skills while addressing both individual challenges and relational dynamics.

Passionate about supporting clients facing trauma, anxiety, and neurodevelopmental challenges, Amanda emphasizes cultural humility and ongoing learning, continually refining her skills through mentorship and professional development. strives to create a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental environment for all clients and is open to discussing any accommodations that might help her clients feel comfortable and supported in therapy. Amanda also provides child, adolescent, and adult psychological assessments, including ADHD and autism evaluations, to help clients better understand their experiences and strengths.
