About Erica
Erica Kovach is a Registered Psychologist in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists. Erica has a masters degree in School and Counselling Psychology, a Bachelors of Arts with Great Distinction in Psychology, and an older Bachelors of Science with High Honours in Land Use and Environmental Studies, all from the University of Saskatchewan. They have been working as psychologist full-time in private practice since 2021, and have a wide range of past experiences including employment in the arts, sciences, human services, and research.
Erica offers a 2SLGBTQIA+ safe practice, is sex positive, knowledgeable on traditional and non-traditional relationships, and is open to working with clients from all walks of life and lifestyles. Their general work is with individual adults, however, they occasionally provide support to older adolescents.

Erica’s therapeutic orientation is integrative and client-centred. They believe in evidence-based practices and often utilize elements of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, compassion focused therapy, existential therapy and strengths based therapy.
Adjacent to their work as a therapist, Erica loves creating art and exploring the ‘big’ existential questions related to science, nature, spirit, and making sense of our lives.
