About Page
Page is a Registered Psychologist in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists. She graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a masters degree in School and Counselling Psychology. Page provides psychological support to folks ranging from school-aged children to adults who are experiencing a wide range of human struggles.
Page understands that it is essential for the client to experience the therapeutic space as respectful and safe to achieve the best possible counselling outcomes. She provides neuro- affirming and individualized care. Her therapeutic approach draws from various therapy modalities, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).
Page believes that therapy is a team effort and works collaboratively with families and parents to achieve optimal outcomes when working with children. She may ask to see parents separately to discuss the best approaches to support children and youth.
